What You Will Do
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Support clients with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, claims guidance, and general service requests
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
• Assist with administrative tasks related to insurance policies and client accounts
• Support the agent with marketing initiatives and team goals
What We Are Looking For
• Positive, compassionate, and accountable team player
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
• Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools
• OTL license required before starting the role
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help clients
